THE BRIEF
Novo Nordisk aimed to ensure their contract templates were easy to understand and aligned with their core values of simplicity and agility. The project sought to gather insights from the people who use these contracts and to consult with internal lawyers to meet legal standards.
THE GOAL
The project started with a detailed kick-off meeting, followed by research with users. Dot created a first draft and improved it based on feedback from Novo Nordisk, finalizing the document after reviews.
THE PROCESS
The new contract templates use clear, straightforward language and include only the most important clauses for service agreements. This change has made the documents easier to read and more user-friendly. By focusing on reducing legal jargon and organizing the information better, the templates are now more flexible and easier for the business to use effectively. They reflect Novo Nordisk’s commitment to simplicity and agility in all they do.
